I need a laptop instantly so i would appreciate quick response and laptop should be very cost efficient and durable at same time.

For durability I would recommend Lenovo ThinkPad T series since they are designed to rugged, however they are pretty expensive. So I will go to my 2nd recommendation which is the ThinkPad L series. Since it is not a premium laptop like the T series it should be less expensive.

Unfortunately, it seems the newest models (L440 / L540) using Intel's Haswell CPUs are not available in the Ukraine from Lenovo's site, which means you can only purchase the older models (L430 / L530). The Intel HD 4000 is not as powerful as the current generation Intel HD 4600 (which is about 33% faster), but overall it should be able to last you for several years if you take care of it. Of course being an electronic device, there is no guarantee that you not have any hardware issues in the 1st year. It is just less likely to happen.
