I have demaged my laptop asus k52f screen b156xw02 v.2 and i have same old one laptop aser aspire 5520 and he is demaged video card. Can i take screen from aser b154ew08 v.1 and replace it with asus demaged screen?
First of all, the b154ew08 v.1 screen uses a CCFL for the backlight, the screen for the Asus uses a LED for backlight. So the Asus does not have a connector for the inverter needed for the Acer's screen.
Almost 100% certain you will not be able to do it....unless they are the same part number from the same manufacturer, and even then there could be issues.
Buy a replacement off ebay

I bought one for my son's Toshiba - fairly easy replacement.

Hi, what you want to do won't work, because each screen is designed for a laptop in particular. What I mean is that you have on the screen a memory who is programmed for a specific laptop.
Why not just try it? We are only going to be able to guess at the compatibility.
Sure why not try it. One screen has a 40 pins connector and the other one a 30 pins connector. YOU are the only one able to guess at the compatibility, not me.

My point is this guy wanted us to look up the model numbers, instead of just seeing if it has the same connector.
