Lost OTA DTV Signals to one TV

I suddenly lost signal to one of my TV, which has a pre-amp, in btwn the Digital box and antenna. Direct antenna hook-up fixed nothing, still the same, and I re-scanned and still nothing. Other TV's are fine.?
