I have pixels out on my 65 inch DLP tv

Solution
I have a 32" and it has same prob around the screen edges. You have to go into you're gpu's control center and edit the screen from there. Very simple (i have amd gpu)
If not connected to computer; than you cant fix it unless you edit the tv's control center.

Dead pixels are unfixable. I just hope they are permanently black as a pixel stuck on a bright color or white is very distracting. If there are too many of them and too distracting then a new tv will be on your wish list.

How old is your TV?

Many manufacturers have a Dead Pixel policy. If your TV gets "X" number of Dead Pixels within "Y" number of months, you should be able to return it for repair/replacement. Check with your manufacturer for their Dead Pixel policy.
