new tv old technology

ok so i got a new tv today and im tring to hook everything up but i only have 1 rac outlet on the tv so i hooked up my old Toshiba vcr and dvd player and hooked everything up into that (bc it has 3 ports) but i dont know how to access what ive hooked up. any ideas?

You'll need to change the input on your new TV to either Composite (Yellow video + Red/White Audio) or Component (Red/Green/Blue Video + Red/White Audio).
