So right now I'm looking to purchase a laptop for gaming. I know that desktops are more powerful however I already have a gaming desktop. The reason I need a laptop is because I need something that I can at least bring with me if I go somewhere on extended trips etc.

So anyway the two I have narrowed it down to are:
-MSI GT70
Gtx 780m 4gb gddr5
intel i7 4700MQ
12Gb Ram
128Gb SSD + 1Tb HDD

-Asus G750JH-DB71
Essentially the same specs

-Sager NP9380-S
Also the same (mostly)

So basically I don't know what to do. People have told me that the Sager has customizable components (ability to upgrade) and I'm not sure if that's true and also I hear really good things about Asus, and MSI but on the other hand everybody says the fan on the MSI is really loud.
They're all around the same price give or take $100 difference, so I really don't know what I should do. They're all 17.3'' screens, so what do you guys recommend?

Spec wise, the Sager wins. The Sager has 780M SLI (meaning 2 780Ms while all the other ones have 1). However, I haven't heard much of Sager and I know for a fact ASUS's G75 series has been running for as long as I can remember and ASUS is a really solid company. Likewise with MSI but I think they are a bit newer to the gaming laptop market. Hope this helps your decision :)

That has helped a little but I'm still not 100% sure, can you confirm that the MSI's have loud fans or have you heard anything on this? Also what(if any) cons are associated with an Asus notebook?
