I have recently bought a new dell 15r 5537 but have run into an issue with the touchpad as it is not detected in device manager under the mice section. When I first got it, the touchpad worked fine but as soon as I plugged in a mouse I was greeted with a message asking if I wanted to turn the touchpad off. I stupidly pressed yes as I was in a game and didn't read it. After that the touchpad stopped working and the DellTouchpad software would not open anymore. I found this very strange so I reinstalled the drivers but no luck. I then restored the operating system but still no luck. It is really frustrating as everything works, even the touchscreen. Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
