Ps4 to bluray help.

Solution
Assuming that when you say bluray you mean a home theater in a box that has a bluray player built in your would need something like this:

Also since it is an optical connection you could also just secure it the PS4 with some rubber cement or silicone. That would allow it to be removed if needed but should hold the connector in place. You could tape it in place as well. It does not have to fit perfectly to work being optical.
