if i change the battery on an Acer Aspire 5750 will it wipe the memory

My laptop says 'consider changing the battery'. I've ordered a new battery but when I change it over will it wipe everything?

Nope. Your files are not stored inside your battery bro. Same as you change the battery of your phone.

Not sure if this guy is trolling or what....
