i pressed the power button to turned it off, after i turned on again, it stopped at the picture of starting getting into system and full of green points, so i turned it off again.Eventually, i can even turn it on, it turns off in about 5 seconds: no display, no beep, no HDD light, only the power light, GPU light and fan turn on for 5 seconds then all of them was gone. i think there must be something wrong with graphics card.

Solution
too bad.i suppose youve already unplugged and plugged back in everything ie hdd, ram, gpu?
one other thing, just a shot in the dark, try taking out the laptop battery as well as the cmos battery for a few minutes and then reinstalling.

its more likely to be your hdd than anything else. if you can find someone with an enclosure you can try to access the hdd or for about $25 cdn throw a used hdd in it and see if you can boot from your install dvd.

no.it's not the hard drive. Actually i built this laptop myself, at first it met this problem and it is caused by the sticker on the graphics card. There was no bios, but the cpu fan was working, so it could be some problems with video card. The video card can not be changed separately, so i can only change the whole motherboard. My motherboard is W370ST and i don't think i can find another one.
