Can I transfer Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1?

Exactly what the title says, can I transfer Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1? I have lost the CD and I can no longer find it.

Are you upgrading a Win 7 system with the application to become a Win 8.1 system? If so, then YES.

If it is installed on a Win 7 system now and you want to just copy the program over to a different Win 8.1 system, then the answer is NO that won't work.

Please clarify.
