Hi guys,
My laptop starts for some seconds (3-5) and then turns off, however it works fine if it is plugged in to charger, however, as soon as I unplug it from AC, about 3-5 secs later it turns off.
Not sure if it is a BIOS/CMOS related bug, because if I change the BIOS setup to "fast boot" (~2 secs only) it turns off after those 2 secs, but "normal boot" it takes a bit longer (3~5) secs.
The battery is full. This issue started to happen after a day I forgot to shutdown the laptop and the battery emptied completely. Next day I noticed that and I plugged to AC and after some minutes I turned the laptop on with the charged plugged in.As soon as I unplugged the charger 3 secs later the laptop turned off.
Laptop specs:
- Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3317U
- RAM 16GB
- Intel 520 SSD
Thanks in advance.
Ricardo O.
