All 3 are around $300, though the Toshiba has a faster CPU.

Asus: X502CA-HPD1104J-W
Dell: I15RV-953BLK
Toshiba: C55-A5302

Any comments?

pentium is ok for surfing the web and playing flash but youll find youd be better of with a apu laptop

strengths

faster at loading videos via youtube watching movies and actually can play some games on low settings

e.g sims and a few other games if she gets into

whats your budget for the laptop ?

diffrence from pentium and apu a series

amd apus have a cpu and a graphics die on one chip makes it more powerful and also energy efficient

intel has a type of graphics but its nothing like a graphics card i call it a cheap emulator lol

my recomendation

It has a better

I was trying to stick around $300 but if its worth the extra 79, I'll go with the one you recommended.

its worth it better graphics means smoother video less headaches when trying to play some low end games

found a better model then the one previously

2 choices

touch screen model same price as one i showed above
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

second one cheaper then both these models minus the touch screen
