Laptop temperature hitting over 90 degrees? help!

so, my laptop has been reaching high temperatures recently, ive been monitoring this and testing it out, when i charge my laptop the temperature on my cpu goes up by over 30 degrees making it over 90 degrees :s
i even put a fan undernieth me while gaming with it (yes a fan, a safe one though, and yes a laptop for gaming -,-) is there anyway you guys could give me tips on how to reduce temperature?

Edit:: It tends to go to a high temperature whilst gaming, which i understand why it does that.

you need to get it to a professional shop. they will clean the fans and reapply thermal paste. when on battery the cpu and gpu work at lower speed to increase battery life. when charging all restrictions are lifted and that's why you get the jump in temps.
