Hp envy M6-K025dx crackling sound issue

Hi,

I just bought a Hp M6-K025dx from best buy.
I hear a constant crackling noise.
It is not from the speaker, as it stays even if i mute. If i put a head phone, the audio is clear in head phone, but outside the crackling sound still occurs.

I guess it could be from Fan/HDD.

Please help if anyone has faced this issue and have solved it.

I was only able to locate one other instance of this problem (that wasn't you on other websites), but no specific resolutions.

If you have a Seagate external hard drive and there is software installed, try uninstalling it and check if the problem persists.

Another mentioned disabling all power saving features from within the Beats Audio Control Panel.

Another solution on HP's site says turning off HP Cool Sense or Beats Audio worked for them!

Thanks Ratedk for sharing these info.
I did go through these links, but it seems all of them had the crackling sound while playing music.
But in my case, once i power on the computer, i start hearing crackling noise.
