Hey. I bought an ASUS K55VM a few months ago and in the first weeks of usage the "I, K, 8" and "," keys stopped registering properly, sometimes the issue would go away sometimes I would have to press them a few times for them to register. After a while it got worse to the point where I would have to press them for 2 minutes straight before registering and after a while some F keys and D failed as well.
I sent the laptop in for warranty and got the KB replaced approx 2 months ago and now the issue is back, EXACTLY like before the "I, K, 8" and "," keys stop registering properly.
Now I know what I have to do, send it in for warranty and lose my laptop for 2 weeks but my question is what the heck is up with this? What causes the issue or is the K55VM series well known for KB issues? I really dont want this coming back a third time because that would be maddening.
