My puppy chewed up the right ear piece . The left works fine. I contacted Bose but they won't repair. They suggest I just purchase a new set. The warranty expired. Can't just the ear piece be fixed by replacing?

I assume that puppy got the actual ear piece and not just one of the silicon ear piece covers.

If it was the actual ear piece destroyed, and if Bose won't do a repair, I can't imagine that anyone else would have the correct part. Moreover any repair including parts would cost as much as new.

They are $10 off currently on Amazon.

Oh, and a week after my avatar got home (that's a four month old puppy pick up picture -- she's 4 yrs now) she ate a brand new $500 pair of glasses and my favorite tennis shoes, so I feel your pain.
