When I boot the computer the Acer page comes up and it goes to a blue scree and it says Recovery and list error code and file and I cannot go any further.I have tried the alt and f10 and that doesn't work, any suggestions.Thanks

Hello... contact ACER for error codes... there are many ACER systems that have been built through the years, you need to provide hardware/model/OS/configuation information for us to help you... WHAT is YOUR Computer 'fixing" experience?

none.You can at least try me.I tried the ALT and F10 and this does not work is there another solution.Thanks

Hello... check your local small shops like on Craigslist, because if you cannot talk the "lingo" with us, we will not have very good success here.

sounds like the boot sector is gone, probably needs a new hdd
