In the recent update to the psvita there is a new feture called panaramic cam and it lets you take a 360' or a full dome of pictures and blends them together and then lets you look around in that dome. is there a pice of softwere on pc that lets you do that with like a point and shoot or a web cam and lets you use your mouse to look around
