I dont know if this is being posted in the right spot sorry in advance if it is. I have a Skullcandy Plyr1 headset and I have a very unusual problem with them, this is the second pair I have gotten. I replaced the first pair thinking this may be a defect but the second pair are doing the same thing. The issue is that when ANY form of sound is being put through the headset, if the volume isnt at a high enough point the headset literally gradually lowers the volume to a mute until I up the volume to a point where it doesnt start to mute itself. I have NO idea what could be causing this. Im on a PC running windows 7.

Have you tried them on a phone or ipud? maybe it is the gain of that type of headset...

Does your system have both front and rear jacks? Try the other jack... Have you done the windows audio setup thing?

Yes I called them, they say they dont know whats causing it and that only 2 or 3 people have called in about it. They said they would investigate and call or email me with information.
