Black Friday Best Bet? (400.00-420.00)

Quick and simple. Sadly I lost some of my budget to more important things in life and for some reason I cannot find my original post to continue this conversation from where I left off.

I am looking for whatever is the best powerhouse during this black friday event's (Around 400.00 to 420.00)

Gaming wise (on lowest settings possible)

examples:
Path Of Exile
minecraft
diablo 3
playstation 2 and gamecube emulators
TERA (if it requires a lot simply exclude this ty)
A.V.A (Alliance Of Valiant Arms)
Combat Arms

anything based around these games graphics needs, again on LOWEST settings

If any of you had read my previous post I mentioned I did not care about the games graphics I only cared about being able to play any of the games on lowest detail settings but was guaranteed "fluent" gameplay (no studdering/frame dropping) Love speed vs looks anytime.

I would prefer a slim laptop (no optical drive)

4gb ram
2.1+ghz processing (2.5-3.2 if possible)
300gb-1tb drive space.

Remember I am looking for round abouts not exactly like above (I know most cases some of what I requested breaks the budget) I simply wanted to give specific specs to start the search off of
