It shouldn't be so bad. You won't be playing great games or anything, but it should do fine for basic stuff. I don't know what you mean by "pes 2013" though.

SOrry I am not really familiar with that game, but you might try and get it running on low settings.
The CPU in the system is decent for old system, but the graphics are really low end. They were really low end for the time also, so modern games will be difficult.

It's not the processor it's the video card. To get any better gaming performance you need a new computer. Any upgrades to the CPU will be very small due to the cooling restrains laptops are designed for, and won't help with graphic performance.
The video card in that laptop, 7000M, is ranked in the 800s out of about 900 video cards on PassMark, to play any type of newer game even on low settings you'd need a video card ranked in the low 200s, around 250 at the most.
That laptop would be great for regular use, facebook, online videos, maybe even HD videos, but not for games.

Yea, like hang-the-9 said, and I was trying to tell you earlier. The CPU is decent, but the graphic are really low end. Even if you had like an Intel i7-4770k which is a high end desktop CPU, using those graphics its doubtful you would do much better.
