I'm trying to decide what brand of gaming laptop t obuy. However ONE BIG problem is the fact that I live in Mexico. If anyone knows a brand of gaming laptops that actually ships to internationally much would be appreciated. I've been seeing brands such as Sager, Razer Blade, MSI, etc. but I still don't know which is the best. So far, i've been pulled towards the razer blade OR Sager laptops as they're cheaper and have almost the same specs...
Any recommendations on sites or so? I could also use some sites that let you customize your own computer as long as it seems pretty reliable and of good quality.
Budget: around 1600~1700$

Thanks!

The P35K is a bit heavier, equally thin, has a real IPS display instead of an AHVA panel, no keyboard backlighting, a slightly faster GPU, larger battery and much better battery life, and is all-black instead of brushed aluminium and black. So basically it's just a bit bigger and a bit faster, but otherwise quite the same (the one slightly better in some areas, the other in others). Matter of personal preference.

Keep in mind that the P35K has no SSD, so it may seem equally prized, but it'll be more expensive with the same storage capacity.

One last thing about the P35K: on some fora people talk about a hairline fracture in the aluminium casing of some early production models. Gigabyte apparently is aware of this, and has made some...

I've currently seen the Gigabyte P34G anyone know if this is a good replacement for a razer blade? Specs are amazing in my opinion and i've heard the only con is the battery but it's not like I'm gonna play games unplugged.
Also any1 know about the MSI GE-40? I've heard that MSI makes items with really cheap materials which is what turned me down from buying an MSI

I got my P34G about a week ago, and I'm very happy with it. I had my eyes on the 14" Blade at first as well, but in the end I'm very glad I saved the 500+ euro's price difference in favor of the Gigabyte.

The differences are:
- P34G has a slightly faster, but more power-hungry CPU (i7 4700HQ vs. i7 4702HQ);
- The P34G has a slightly slower GPU (GTX760M vs. GTX765M);
- The P34G is lighter but slightly thicker;
- The P34G has much better storage capacity (mSATA + SATA vs. mSATA);
- The P34G can have 16GB RAM, not sure about the Blade;
- The P34G has a MUCH, MUCH better screen (1080p AHVA vs. 900p TN);
- The P34G stays cooler when under full load, not sure about the noise (it's acceptable for the P34G when gaming, and very good when doing normal things, although fan behaviour can be a bit erratic at times);
- The P34G has much better connectivity (2x USB 3.0 + 2x USB 2.0, Ethernet, HDMI, VGA and a card reader vs. 3x USB 3.0 and HDMI);
- P34G has worse battery life and a smaller capacity battery than the Blade;
- This is personal, but imo. the Blade has a better design (which doesn't mean the P34G isn't pretty, but it lacks that certain something extra);
- I read the Blade has a better keyboard, the touchpad is pretty much equal quality-wise;
- Build quality is probably slightly in favor of the Blade, although the P34G isn't bad (in has some flaws though, like a bit of keyboard/tray flex, a - good-quality - plastic underside, and a somewhat cheap plastic screen bevel).

So all in all, the Blade may be a tad faster when gaming and definitely has more character and Wow-factor, but the P34G offers much more storage capacity and a much, much better screen (can't stress this enough). Both are great machines, but it's beyond doubt that the P34G offers much, much better value for money

Wow thank you so much for the answer. That actually help me decide overall to buy the P34G, however do you know any differences between the P35K and P34G? I just wanna know which would be better overall. I mean the only thing that bothered me about the P34G was the keyboard since it's a bit all smashed together and the arrow keys seem uncomfortable in a way. But either way I'm more leaned towards the P34G since the weight is only 1.7kg and it also seems extremely powerful.
The thing is the P34G and P35K have almost the same price

Are you aware of the materials issue with the P35K, that would be a reason to not get one - at least for a while... P35K have had issues that are documented in notebookreview,com I believe. I can strongly recommend the MSI line as I have a GT60 0NE-403US and the build quality is very good and has held up to my abuse this last year. MSI has a ton of models with many specs that would likely fit your bill

You're welcome. I instantly loved my P34G, despite the few flaws it has: I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed!
I had to order mine in the United Kingdom (at Overclockers UK) because it's not available in Holland. It seems pretty hard to get pretty much anywhere, but I know a few German (Alternate DE) and US shops also sell it. Good luck finding yours!
