This is a simple question, I have a low download speed (My peak is 135kb/s) and seeding torrents will take forever, I download fairly quick (1.8-2.4mb/s) but I hate to have to leech torrents, is it seeding if I only upload part of the torrent, or is it leeching when I only upload part?

Solution
Torrents always have a leeching and a seeding side to them as long as you want to seed the torrent

IE*
I download a torrent for Raspberry Pi lets say it's RaspBMC at the time of me loading it i am a leecher of this torrent while you are downloading it you are also seeding what you have to other people when the torrent is finished downloading you then become a dedicated seeder until the time you decide to move the files, stop the torrent, ect

just seeding might take along time but that a decision you have to make with what ever your doing

Seeding - When you let other peers download from you (you are uploading)
Leeching - When you download from other peer(s)
