Hello, I have a new laptop with a 3d screen and nvidia glasses. I am currently having two video images appear when I watch a 3d video. how can I change this to one?

Toshiba Qosmio X770-11C 17.3 inch Laptop (Intel Core i7-2670QM 2.2/3.1GHz, RAM 8GB, NVidia GeForce 560m)

Thanks in advance

How do you mean two video images? Also did you enable Nvidia 3D vision option?

I do know that 3D movies run at 120hz or so. Basicly its two videos in one. Showing 2 frames rapidly after each other. The 1 frame is blocked by the one lense on the goggles and the 2nd frame by the other lense etc. This is how they create the illusion of 3D. So it could be the player like Maxiim said. Also just check what hertz the monitor is running at etc

Sorry, the laptop came with some 3d trailers (despicable me 3d etc) which automatically starts in windows media player. the same files do not appear if I try to watch them in the Toshiba video player 3d.

there are two identical images on the screen, one right and one left. yes I enabled the NVidia 3d vision.

Did you calibrate them using the nvidia wizard?

Yeah I can see the 3d pictures fine, no blurs, just a great 3d image. but when I try video it has two images side by side and not on top of each other.
