I think she was satellite keeps giving me a blue screen I tried to correct it by going into safe mode but then I can't go on the internet to fix it ,then I tried going on safe mode with networking that didn't work so now I'm trying going on safe mode command ,,and I don't know what to answer for the command how do I fix this
