Make sure your system time (including the time zone) is set correctly on your Acer. Also, make sure you are connecting via a secure connection (HTTPS). If this fails to solve the problem, then follow USAFRet's advice and contact your bank's customer service.

You might also want to clear any browsing data for that website..I doubt it will do much, but as an example I've had issues logging into certain sites because it saves data on my computer saying I am already logged in somewhere, and so doesnt let me do anything

By chance did you accidentally turn on your number lock (function button + scroll lock key toggles it, or it will auto stay on if you have plugged in a usb keyboard with num lock on)? If so this would cause you to be typing numbers when hitting the U, I, O. P, J, K, L keys etc. and not the characters you thought you were typing.
