Additional Comments
The current laptop I have is Dell Inspiron 1420, I have this laptop for about 6 years I believe and its been really great to me for all these years but lately its been not good , it overheats and it always shut downs on me and its processor doesn't handle Photoshop or my blog anymore, I have tried cleaning the fans, formatting and installing new windows and parts on and still does not work, so I was hoping to get a good cheap computer that can handle all of the above things I mentioned, I don't want to spend much tho, if could please help me I would really appreciate it , thanks
Cheers

The lenovo G500 is one of the good options. you can save some money by going a little bit lower in specs like this dell

(4GB ram and 500GB HDD) for 400$
you have plenty of options, I myself like dell and lenovo but you can buy whatever you feel comfortable with.
To conclude what I think you should buy is a laptop with an i3 processor, 4GB ram is enough and the HDD is up to you. also any graphics card will suit your needs.

you can get dell inspiron n5110. since you'll be using it mainly for internet I believe an i3 processor will be enough and you can skip on the nvidia graphics card and go to the one with only integrated intel graphics

I've just found that inspiron n5110 was out of production (i just bought mine a year ago) so I would recommend this one
Lenovo G500 15.6" Laptop - Black (Intel Core i3-3120M / 1TB HDD / 8GB RAM / Windows 8.1)
As i said an i3 is more than enough and it comes with a lot of space and ram all that for $480 from this site
http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/lenovo-lenovo-g500-15-6-laptop-black-intel-core-i3-3120m-1tb-hdd-8gb-ram-windows-8-1-g500/10273082.aspx?path=f6cd5210730f75189d1d553ab68ece12en02

hope i helped

Thank you Geo337, since I'm mainly using it for internet such as my blog, video stream, tv show streams, and also I'll be using for Photoshop and other software, this Lenovo G500 will be my best option considering the budget I have listed? Thanks again

PS: And also I was just wondering if there would be a better cheaper site than bestbuy , like newest or tiger , online shopping sites that would help me with the price. THanks again

Cheers
