Solution
Try this:
1. Scan your PC for viruses.
2. Defragment your hard drive.
3. Refresh your Experience Index.
4. Make sure that you have enough RAM to handle your OS.
5. Check to see if there's anything random opening at startup.
If you don't know how to do some of these, I'm sure Google will help you ;)
