I receive this message from upon startup in on my laptop

however when I press ESC nothing happens. The keyboard works as I can enter the bios, and I know all my passwords.

Please help

Hi, if you drag your finger over the sensor, what happens after.

Nothing happens at all. Just to add a bit of history. When I first got the laptop I installed the fingerprint drivers. However I bootnuked the hard drive some time after and did a clean install of windows and did not reinstall any of the fingerprint drivers, yet that message still came up.
