10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?

At least for next 3-4 years

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?

dvd/cd

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.

I don't care, steer me in the right direction

13. What country do you live in?

USA

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.

Need a speedy resolution to get this built if necessary before I leave

Additionally... you should also consider what support options are available in your area. If say you buy something abroad, will you be able to have it fixed near where you live? Does the warranty apply? How quickly do local accredited technicians fix laptops?

Need something reliable as I'd have to mail it from overseas for repairs. I know a little bit for troubleshooting, built my own desktop, but dont want to be messing around with it. When i get downtime I want to relax not fix computers.

Not sure if I need the 765m or if I can get by downgrading to a 750M? Or even something else for what I want to do.

Drop i7 to i5? Dont have the time to build my own system at this time

That won't work well for gaming, 765m is good, you don't want to skimp on a laptop specs because you can't upgrade in most laptops, and upgrading is pretty pricy due to the cost of parts. i5 with a 765m would be a good combination.
