The i3 is clock at 1.8GHz. The i7 is clocked at 1.9GHz, however, with Turbo Boost it can go as high as 3.0GHz (if just one core is used) as long as the CPU temp is not too high. The Intel HD 4000 in the i7 is clocked 100MHz higher than the one in the i3 CPU.
