Recovery disks from external disk drive

Might need to go into bios and under the boot section enable USB Boot Devices. But its not an old laptop and it should have USB enabled already for boot. but check that out. May need to also get to the boot menu when it first starts up (probably an FXX Key like F11 or something not sure on toshiba's) to get the boot menu and then you can boot it. USB devices are usually last on the list so that may be why. Can always see if you can bump USB devices higher up in the boot list.
