Ultrabooks with GREAT keyboards?

I'm planning on buying an ultrabook since I'm always on the move. However I also type alot and judging from the dozens of reviews I've read it seems that ultrabooks have subpar keyboards.
So, I'm wondering whether anyone has any experience with searching for this perfect balance between portability and typing experience. Which ultrabook has the best keyboard?

whats your budget? I would get the thinkpad X1 carbon. Lenovo's business line has great keyboards.

my budget is under $1100....yeah, this is going to be too little for the lenovo carbon. I guess I should rephrase my request...i'm instead looking for an ultrabook below $1100 with a decent keyboard..

Perhaps the ThinkPad T431s may fit the bill with a starting price of $934. The slightly bulkier, but still under 4lbs is the T430s laptop; $817. I would spend the extra $50 on the T430s to get a 1600x900 resolution screen.

Just an FYI...

I believe Haswell generation ThinkPad T series are being released next month (November). If you do not need a laptop immediately, you may want to wait for the next generation. Price may be higher though since they are new, but since Christmas is around the corner there's likely to be a holiday sale.
