Using GRUB on a Flash Drive to install Windows

Hey guys, recently I have been thinking that it would be really cool to be able to have one large and fast flash drive that contains all versions of the MS Windows OS's. Having one Flash media that would be able to install Vista x86/64 AIO, Win 7 AIO x86/64 and Windows 8 x86/64 AIO would greatly reduce clutter and should be pretty easy to do seeing as Flash Media is coming down in price and going up in size.

So I recently started my investigation into bootloaders, I have since then settled on GRUB but have now become rather stuck at getting GRUB to boot the ISO's.

So, my question to all you people who are actually intelligent (unlike me ;) ) is GRUB able to start the Windows installer from and ISO (like how it can boot UBCD and BART from an ISO) and if it can't boot it from an ISO, is there any format that it CAN boot the Windows installer from?

Thanks for any help you guys can give, this will be HUGELY helpful!

Due to microsoft arrogance, i don't think that windows are capable to detect other systems than mac os and windows. The best choice is to install first the windows versions and then the linux based distribution you want...

it would seem that even though it said "we are having trouble posting this, please try again in a few minutes" that it did indeed post it, sorry for the double post. The "delete answer" button is currently not working otherwise I would have deleted the post.
