Which of these two laptops should I buy?

I am looking for a gaming laptop.

Asus G750JW

the cpu speed for the MSI is 3.2ghz so will it be better than the Asus's 2.4ghz?
the cpu for MSI is 4th generation but it doesnt say that on the Asus specs.(their both i7) whats the difference?
will the graphics card NVIDIA GTX 770M in the MSI be alot better than the 765M from the Asus?
which one overheats less? softer fan noise?
any other differences i should take note of?

Edit: I have also heard about horizontal lines on the Asus. does anyone know what the problem of that is?

The clock speeds are actually the same (2.4Ghz with 3.4Ghz turbo), that is an error on bestbuy's website, here are the links to intel page for the two different SKUs

They are both 4th generation i7 chips, the only difference is the one in the ASUS has intel Virtualization Technology (VT-x) which is support for virtual machines at a hardware level, nothing you need to worry about.

The MSI has the better Graphics card, so that's what it really comes down to. Check out this comparison of the specifications of the different GPUs

The GPU in the ASUS has 768 shader cores (or CUDA cores) and 2GB of memory where the one in the MSI has 960 cores and 3GB of memory, That is a pretty nice bump in graphics processing power (about 25%), so games are going to run better on the MSI.

It really comes down to whether or not you are willing to spend the extra $150 bucks. Both are great laptops.
