I have a problem installing new nVidia drivers on my laptop. The verison i have is 9 months old wich means i can't play some games. Whenever i try to update my drivers it says i has not found the required hardware altho i select the parameters correctly. My laptop manufactuer dosen't give a s*it and Nvidia experience says it's up to date wich is bullsh*it. How do i force install new drivers? I have a Win 8, nVidia 730m, Intel i3.

Remove the current driver and then install the one you downloaded. If necessary, run Ccleaner after uninstalling to clean the registry, then install the new driver.

If it still won't take from the .exe, you can try installing through Device Manager by right clicking on the device, then selecting "update driver software". Use the "Browse" function and point it to where your driver is.

There's also a command line you can try to force it as a last resort, but I don't know how well that will work.
