I have built one sandy and one ivy bridge htpc for JUST hdmi 1080p to interface
with 1080p HDTV. Some have non-adjustable overscan.
Both work great. ITX case 6mb/s sata for ssd and 3mb/s for 1tb storage
I like I3 vs atom for web browsing and general win7 pc applications
No gaming just web streaming, blu-ray playing and wmc
Now I want to explore AMD solution that I hope is cheaper
BUT have no clue which cpu/gpu to select that is like I3
or even if a $32 video card will reduce system cost but boost performance.
Any suggestions?
