There's nothing I know of yet that uses HD 5000 other than the latest MacBook Airs and the 13" model doesn't have a 1080p screen (it's 1440x900). Samsung does have their AVIV Book 9 Plus laptop on the way with HD 5000 and a 3200x1800 display (scales perfectly to 1600x900) but it won't launch for another 2 weeks:

In my opinion, 1080p is too small for a 13" screen. Text and icons would be too small at native resolution and 1080p doesn't scale down to anything useful (960x540 is useless). Your best bet is to settle on a good 1600x900 Ultrabook or wait for the AVIV Book 9 Plus, though retail pricing puts it nearly at $1400. The newer 14" Razer Blade is also a rock solid thin-and-light laptop with much more powerful graphics than an Ultrabook but the screen isn't quite as high quality as others (it uses a cheaper TN panel) and it'll cost you over $2000 for the pleasure of owning one.
