Hi, I have an Acer Aspire One Netbook model AO-756, I believe it is. It does not boot and gives me error: No bootable devices, please restart system. I have changed hard-drives with working ones. I have also tried bootable usb drives but it will not pick up on any hardware. What else could I do to troubleshoot. I am hoping the motherboard did not go bad. Thanks for any help, or suggestions.

You may still be able to flash the BIOS without hardware detection. Rad the text that flies by when booting and see if there's a key to press to enter the flash process or possible enter the BIOS and look for the flash process. You might also thy re-seating the connectors on the HDD. Sometimes they just get dirty and a little movement will re-establish contact.

It is not detecting any hardware so I won't be able to flash from usb. I'm not sure what to do at this point thank you for replying, I really appreciate any help I can get on this issue. The netbook is only about a year old and it is still in good condition I'm stumped.
