Hi guys i've found an laptop which is an Lenovo G500, now my question is, can i trust this laptop?? I mean does any of you know how the durability is, heat, life span etc etc.

Because i bought an Lenovo G580 for about a week ago which was great, but it had Wifi connection problem, it was weak and always disconnected.

So i've found another one, and im asking you if i can trust this brand and laptop.

The specs is:
Lenovo G500
- Intel Core i5 3230M
- 8GB DDR3 RAM
- 500GB HDD
- Intel HD Graphics 4000

I have also found an ASUS which i trust but this lenovo is cheaper by only 76 USD
And ASUS specs are:
ASUS X550CC
- Intel Core i5 3337U
- 6GB DDR3 RAM
- 750GB HDD
- Geforce GT 720M

So is it worth to spend another 76 USD to get the ASUS or should i get the Lenovo?? Please what can you tell me about the G500?? Because as i said, i bought the G580 and the wifi was horrible even though i downloaded 10000 drivers.

Can't say anything about the G500. Lenovo generally makes good laptop especially the ThinkPad series, but budget laptops tends have have budget parts. However, regarding the G580...

One possible cause for the internet connection drops is that the wires for the antenna is not properly connected as explained in the following link. It is specifically for the Qualcomm Atheros WiFi card.
