I came to tomshardware because I wanted advice not criticism, I already said it was a typo and the only reason I put

Yes, you can get it from most major online stores for about 80-90 dollars. Windows 7 and Windows 8 costs the same right now.

Also what are your needs for the build you are planning to build? We might suggest something good. Is it for gaming, or Video Editing or for General Usage.

It's actually for gaming, and some everyday use, I was looking at your build the 800$ looks nice but it doesn't I Clyde windows should I use the 700$ build? And thanks for asking!

1) Windows sold from a OEM (HP, Dell, etc.) receives a bulk purchase discount and that is passed to the consumer to reduce the price of the computer cost. In agreement to this, the DVD/CD and Executable is set to scan for either A) Manufacturer code B) MOBO information to determine that OEM is tied only to that contracted model of computer can be sold / used with that copy of Windows. Thus by DESIGN and letter of the Contract Law you can't use OEM for anything else, period.

2) If you wish to purchase a legal copy of Windows, you can buy either in store, online, or download the ISO and receive the key from Microsoft directly AT FULL PRICE (normally $179+ depending on version). The best way to 'get around it' is to buy a OEM computer (say a i5 Core from Walmart.com for $499) then upgrade the PSU ($129) to prep the system for the GPU ($99-$499) and you have a nice High level Gaming computer, but your spreading out the purchases to make it easier to afford. This provides everything under warranty, with all licenses, new LCD, Mouse, Keyboard, 8GB RAM and 500+GB Drive. Now is the right time to purchase for the Back to School sales, then again in Mid October to the week before Black Friday) to pick up the systems 'stuck on the shelf' they need to make space for Black Friday and XMas sales.
