System Sounds go through mic

So I've only had this problem as of recent and as much as I can tell of it that is my Realtek playback/recording are swapped some how and I have had friends tell me while i'm in a Skype call or in any game that if I try to talk the game volume comes out/music. and not voice (YES THE MICROPHONE IS SELECTED IN ALL GAMES AS DEFAULT)

Here are some screenshots. My mic is working I recorded audio on it yet it wont put audio through to any program I use or game.

Please help me with this it's driving me nuts :/

Your Realtek chip may be failing. Try a couple of things first...

Reset your BIOS by removing the CMOS battery and jumpering the CLR_RTC pins for a few seconds. Put the battery back in. Be aware this will set your BIOS back to factory default. So be sure to note any changes you may have made so you can re-enter them.

If that doesn't work...

Power down the system and turn off the PSU at the switch. Unplug the 24 pin MB power for a few minutes and then put everything back. It may reset itself that way. If not... it may be time to look for a discrete sound card and disable the on-board sound in BIOS.
