Hey there,

I don't know much about computers myself sadly, but after seeing my current laptop be unable to handle Skyrim on low settings, I decided that it was time for an upgrade.

What I'm looking for:
I'm basically looking for the best possible gaming rig below a $2200 price tag. It doesn't need to be able to do anything godly, just so long as it can run high end games such as Skyrim or large scale games like FF XIV: ARR on high or ultra settings, and hopefully even some next gen games at medium or something and do basic internet and video stuff I'm happy.

What I've Narrowed Down Too:
With what little knowledge I have and with some help from others this is kind of what I've narrowed it down to.

Option 1: http://www.sagernotebook.com/index.php?page=category_browse&selected_cat=special&mid=NP9380
(The $20.99 one)

Option 2: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152363

If anyone could give me some opinions on which one I should go for, or even if either of them are good choices to begin with, or suggest rigs that may be better for what I'm looking for it would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks so much in advance!

ASUS have an elite line of gaming laptops from their R.O.G. division (Republic of Gamers). They recently released their new model G750, now that model is coming out with the world's fastest graphics card for laptops, the GTX 780M, it still didn't come out, but will be in stores very very soon, my suggestion, wait a little, and get it when it comes out. I strongly recommend you buy it from Xotic PC, a company that customizes laptops and desktops, they will have it out very soon, and you can upgrade the cooling and add LEDs and such. The price tag of that laptop should be right there in the 2100 - 2200 range. That system will be able to run Skyrim on 1080p on ultra settings at very high framerates, 80 fps and more, even 100. It's also one...

It's also one of the slimmest gaming laptops so it'll be great for portability and is really good all around for all usage.
