Hello, all. I just signed up, and I would like to request your help. I'm an 18 year old who is starting college at the end of this month. I would like to buy a laptop, but I don't have a lot lot of money. The good news is that I don't need it to do a whole lot, so pricey features won't weigh me down when I buy something.
My first question is whether or not refurbished laptops are OK to buy, specially since it's straight from the manufacturer?
Basically, would this laptop do what I need it to do?
Price is $350 with free shipping. I think this would be a safe and quality college laptop purchase for me, but I wanted to check with people who would know more first. I don't see why it would be a bad idea coming straight from Toshiba, but I figured I would ask.
