Is this laptop: Acer Aspire V3-772G-747a8G50Makk good for video editing AND gaming?

So, i know it doesn't have the 7400 rpm hard drive that many recommend having, but can i run premiere pro and after effects in a decent amount of speed and Performance with these specs: https://www.fcomputer.dk/computer/b%C3%A6rbar/acer/aspi...

For a laptop, yes should be fine, I'd want some more DRAM, but in general, sure

Thanks for the answer! What is Dram exactly? :)  And what about the 5400 rpm harddrive, i dont do big production, only small 4-5 minutes videoes with premiere pro and after effects, do you think it should be fine with a 5400 rpm harddrive? Can it be upgraded to a ssd some day? :)
