Does upgrading a thinkpads HD to SSD and Upgrading windows 7 to 8 void Lenovos warranty?

I want to buy a used thinkpad t420. The guy upgraded the hd to ssd and windows 7 to 8. Will any of that void the warranty?

but just fyi, many manufacturers consider warranty non-transferrable to begin with.
