Hello. I just setup my computer and in a hurry i was trying to download things and I accidentally clicked download on some side thing while thinking it was the file i was trying to get and then it downloaded a few things which I cannot get rid of.
I got some whitesmoke toolbar that screws with everything and some other internet add thing that makes a bunch of ads appear on all my web pages and under them it says "ad's not by this site" so its that thing.
anyway I went to uninstall programs and found those 2 things and something else that didn't belong and got rid of them but they didn't go anywhere... they still show the ad's and the toolbar is still up there but it just doesn't show in my computer anymore.
any idea's on how to get rid of this stuff? thanks!
