Hey guys i have been doing my research on laptops and tablets for my needs of Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, 3ds max and some gaming but its giving me a headache. So i have decided to ask for you aid. This device would mainly be used at school because i will have a solid computer at home. I will have a drawing tablet for my computer and will use it with my laptop or tablet school

If you advise me to wait till the end of august because you believe there will be a product in my price range let me know what it is. Max i can wait is the end of august beginning September. If you don't think something will be released and say i should just buy something let me know what you think i should get.

My budget for this device is 1100$
for the specs I would like to have 1080p screen or higher
a nice looking design
a good amount of storage
4th gen intel processor
Also a touchscreen is a plus!
if theres one with a digitzer even more of a plus

i have found the Hp Envy 15t-j000 touchsmart with
1080p screen
i7-4700mq
16gb ram
nvidia740m 2gb
1 tb hybrid harddrive
backlit keyboard
7 in" slate 16gb
all for about $1130

can you beat that?? ha
it can be a laptop or tablet that suits what i am using it for.
thanks for the help!

I've been looking for a very similar thing after my last laptop packed up. I've found this:
http://www.simplyacer.com/Acer_Aspire_V3-571G_1362278.html

I know Acer isn't the best of brands but I've had a few and they've been fine for me. Core i5 processor, 6GB DDR3 RAM and a dedicated graphics card with 2GB (admitted the GT 710M which isn't top of the range). As I won't be using this for gaming, a decent beefy processor with lots of memory (both main & graphics) seems like it'll do the job.

At sub-£500/$800 (budget is always an issue, isn't it?), I'm pretty much sold on this, but would welcome comments and alternative recommendations.

EDIT: Ah - you updated with budget & spec. I think yours will be more than enough! :D
