acer 5050. win 7 boot super slow and cant keep time

guys i have a 6 yr. old acer5050 runs win. 7 suddenly having problems
booting . win logo at start is slow and jumping. takes forever. when finally starts it cannot keep time . i have replaced hdd, cmos battery, ram and reinstalled os. no change. please help. wife is using mine til its fixed ahhhhhh.
 
Solution
With the solutions you have tried already, seems your system board might be failing.

Slow boot:
How much RAM does the system have? If that is less than 2GB I guess it is possible you do not have enough resources. Could also be the HDD controller is not working correctly as a result of driver/bios needing update (software) or failure (hardware)

But the not keeping time : is it running slow or fully reset? This symptom is almost always the CMOS battery. With a new battery the MB becomes suspect.

Open a command prompt by type CMD in the start menu and type TIME
Does this time match what windows says?
Can you enter BIOS? Does the time there match the current time?
